C. Nutritional reasons
The nutritional reason lies in the imbalance of the energy balance of the lean, meaning that the skinny
consumes less nutrients, especially thermal energy, than his daily need, and this leads to the body to
compensate for energy by charging it from the body's stock, which reduces weight. In
general, it was found that the skinny is not regular in eating the daily meals, and usually he eats a song
between meals that reduces his appetite for the main meal, and some slim people tend to eat a poor-
calorie song and thus do not get their daily energy requirements. And there is another aspect, where it

themselves to eating foods rich in calories, as they spend more energy than they consume .
