Arsenal come out with a draw against Benfica and Ajax, beating Lille in France :
Arsenal returned with an important draw against Benfica in the first leg of the 32nd round of the European League, while Ajax Amsterdam beat Lille in France.
In Belgium, Glasgow Rangers defeated Real Antwerp by 4-3.
Benfica VS Powerball
Benfica tied with Arsenal with one goal for each team at the "Olympico" in Italy, by going into the 32nd round of the European League.
Pierre Aubameyang missed directly in front of goal in the 20th minute after Bukayo Saka's cross, but he met it with a touch next to the post.
Bukayo Saka shot in the 27th minute, also in the hand of Hilton Letty.
At the start of the second half, Benfica coach George Jesus pushed Gilberto to replace Luca Waldchmidt.
In the 55th minute, Benfica won a penalty kick after Emil Smith Rowe's handball.
Christian Betzi successfully executed the penalty kick against Bernd Leno.
Benfica almost scored the second in the 56th minute after a ball that reached Vigel in the penalty area, but Granit Xhaka cut the ball off at the last minute.
The same attack rebounded to Arsenal in the 57th minute, after a cross from Cedric Soares, which Saka met with a touch in the net, scoring the equalizer.
The remaining minutes of the match passed quietly, and the match ended in a draw.
The return match will be next Thursday in Greece, but it will be the match against Arsenal, who will need a goalless draw only to qualify.
Lil VS Ajax
Ajax Amsterdam beat Lille 2-2 at the Pierre Moroy stadium.
Liel was introduced in the 72nd minute via Thimoni and Yah.
In two minutes, Ajax returned with two goals in the 87th and 89th minutes.
Dusan Tadic equalized in the 87th minute with a penalty kick.
Brian Broby added the winning goal in the 89th minute alone, after a David Neres pass, to end the match with Ajax winning 2-1.
InterWeb VS Glasgow Rangers
Finally, Glasgow Rangers beat Real Interweb 4-3 at Busyol Stadium.
Joy Aribo came to the Rangers in the 38th minute, before Interweb equalized in the 45th minute through Felipe Avenatti.
The lost time of the game also saw a penalty kick for the landlords, which took 8 minutes to be executed, and was scored by Lior Rifailov, to end the half with Interweb leading two goals to a goal.
In the second half of the match, Rangers also got a penalty, and Borna Barisic scored in the 59th minute.
The excitement continued when Interweb took the lead again with a third goal in the 66th minute through Martin Hongla.
The Rangers tried to make up, and was succeeded in the 83rd minute by Ryan Kent.
The most famous referee was the red card in the face of Abdoulaye Seck in the 88th minute, after committing a penalty kick.
Rangers killed the match with a fourth goal in the 90th minute, from a penalty kick by Borna Barisic, to end the meeting with Rangers winning 4-3.
The second leg will be at Rangers Stadium in Glasgow, the capital of Scotland, and the Rangers will only need a draw with any result to qualify.
